Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Technical support experience preferred, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and client products
  • High school diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable desktop or laptop and high-speed internet reputed company
