Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting the Maryland Health reputed company (reputed company) in providing information and assistance to individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services reputed company to the reputed company. You will be responsible for processing MD Medicaid accounts, assisting with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange.

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to diverse populations, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a courteous and effective manner

• Process MD Medicaid accounts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
• Assist with eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange
• Utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems to reputed company reputed company tasks and duties for HIX customers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality service for reputed company Maryland consumers
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to established policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

• 6 months of recent call center experience
• Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to reputed company comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many reputed company tasks simultaneously
• Ability to maintain perfect attendance during training and nesting (7 weeks)

Equipment and Internet reputed company Requirements

* Desktop or Laptop with reputed company Core i5 Processor or higher with 8GB Memory (No Celeron or Pentium processors)

• Desktop or laptop have a minimum of 256GB hard drive
• Windows 10 or 11
• Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer port (wired headset)
• 1 RJ-45 reputed company for a wired reputed company to internet router
• Wired Headset and microphone with a USB Gen2 or newer reputed company
• Video camera capability, necessary for training
• Wired internet reputed company from computer to router or modem
• Download speed 100 MBPS minimum
• Upload speed 10 MBPS minimum

Training Schedule

* System Training: 3 weeks, 9:30am-6:00pm EST, M-F (Day 1-7) and 9:30am-6:00pm EST M-F (Day 8-15)

• Nesting: 4 weeks, 9:30am-6:00pm EST
• Monday-Friday Schedules will remain 9:30 am- 6:00pm after training
