Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our retail stores. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
• Processing sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
• Maintaining precise work order files and formulas
• Pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
• Tinting and mixing products, as needed, to customer specifications
• Stocking shelves and setting up displays
• Cleaning store equipment
• Loading/unloading delivery trucks
• Assisting in making deliveries, as needed
• Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
• Remaining knowledgeable on products offered and discussing available options
• Complying with inventory control procedures
• Suggesting ways to improve sales

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• To be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• To be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work reputed company status now or in the future
• To have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• To be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
