Your Role at blithequark

As a German-speaking Customer Service Support Specialist – SEO Campaign Management, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our SEO clients and partners, providing top-notch customer service and ensuring their concerns are resolved reputed company. You will represent blithequark and our SEO product with excellence, managing the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations, and changes, as well as distributing off-site work to our fulfillment department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary contact for our SEO clients and partners, helping them resolve their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.

• Represent blithequark and our SEO product with excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
• Manage the implementation of SEO packages for our clients, including regular meetings, on-site recommendations and changes, and distribution of off-site work.
• Assign SEO tasks to our fulfillment department, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient project management.
• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

* At least six months of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving reputed company issues.
