Job Summary We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack IT Support Specialist to join our Data Innovation Group in Miami. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring seamless end-user computing experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Designs, installs, and maintains IT clients' workstations, including software and hardware; supports mobile workforce.
- Provides training to IT clients on reputed company aspects of end-user computing and workstation-based LAN frameworks software.
- Responsible for start-to-finish issue ownership, resolution, and communication with employees.
- Provides local training to clients.
- Resolves and closes tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals.
- Answers customer service issues raised from the Helpdesk.
- Adds to workstation projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member.
- Remotely judges and resolves requests using remote devices.
- Investigates and collaborates with other departments to assist with infrastructure-reputed company issues.
- Archives client interactions in incident management software, including resource management.
- Recovers data from hard drives and performs data migration.
- Supports remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability and remote/broadband connectivity for PCs.
- Installs and configures local and network-based printers.
- Performs preventive maintenance.
- Works various shifts, events, on-call, and travel as required.
- Follows management direction, complying with IT strategy and policy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience/training.
- Three years of active IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues.
- Hands-on experience supporting personal computers in a Windows/TCPIP environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- A+ certification.
- MCSE/MCP certification (or equivalent).
- Prior IT experience in a reputed company/airport environment.
Skills and Competencies
- General knowledge of reputed company Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10.
- Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems.
- Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
