Summary This role will be focused on managing PLM implementation for Digital Core. Ensures the successful, end-to-end delivery of a program or project through upfront client engagement. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensures successful, end-to-end delivery of a project or a program through ongoing client engagement, partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of reputed company required activities and milestones. Involved in projects prioritization and initiation, responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies, performing regular tracking and reporting on reputed company, and accountable for initiative results verification.
• Requires specialized knowledge reputed company the function. Influence the development of strategy for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and influences policy formulation.
• Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 8 years of experience in IT, Digital Technology Program Management or reputed company experience

• Experience managing large-scale PLM system implementations (reputed company Windchill or Dassault 3D Experience), including leading PLM implementation with reputed company enterprise programs (e.g. ERP upgrades, Master Data Management & Digital Thread initiatives, compliance efforts)
• In depth understanding of PLM systems (e.g., reputed company Windchill/Enovia), including architectures, data models, and integration strategies
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing phased rollouts of enterprise systems reputed company with product lines / business units
• Applied experience with data migration strategies and tools for transitioning large enterprise systems

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
