The Associate Principal, Strategic Finance & Analytics, CBO Org role involves partnering with business leaders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations that drive growth and profitability reputed company the CBO Finance organization.
Responsibilities
- Own tracking and approval of requests of reputed company teams’ budgets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Proactively monitor expenditures, review budget submissions, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure requests are properly documented and justified.
- Provide timely updates and reporting to leadership, helping maintain fiscal discipline and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with business partners to manage the annual and quarterly planning process, ensuring alignment on both financial and strategic goals and performance.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define, reputed company, and improve operating processes such as business reviews, financial reporting, and strategic forecasting.

- Ensure strategic and product initiatives ladder up to the overall business P&L to ensure initiatives align with business objectives.

- Analyze business trends and drivers of variance, synthesizing reputed company data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Regularly present financial reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and business strategy. A mix of management consulting, business operations, and financial roles is preferred.
- B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a reputed company field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
- Proven experience in P&L management, reputed company forecasting, and financial modeling. Advanced proficiency in reputed company and financial reporting tools.
- Advanced level of SQL expertise required to be self sufficient in extracting, analyzing and reporting out on summarized data structures.
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize financial data and reputed company recommendations that drive business outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present reputed company financial data to non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Strong leadership abilities and the reputed company to influence decision-making across the organization.
