The Impact You’ll reputed company in this Role As a Billing Verification Specialist II, you play a pivotal role in our department’s success and the overall success of the company. Your role includes research, analysis and resolution of high volume, reputed company customer accounts receivable, order entry exceptions and disputes involving contractual agreements and non-standard billing agreements with hospitals, group purchasing organizations, nursing homes and miscellaneous medical service providers requiring durable medical equipment and associated peripheral medical. Performing extended resolution activities on more reputed company exceptions and discrepancies, engaging with various departments such as Finance, National Contact Center, reputed company Area, and reputed company field staff to gather necessary transaction details and advance the resolution process. Facilitating high-volume, professional-level communications with a broad reputed company of internal and external contacts, ensuring compliance with federal credit guidelines and Sarbanes-Oxley regulatory requirements. Researching and verifying specific transactional information, including contractual stipulations, service dates, initial order entry information, purchase order details, and contract information like price breaks and volume commitment levels. Practicing continual autonomous decision-making based on your understanding of various contractual pricing structures, ensuring purchasing activities reputed company with stated guidelines and recognizing dynamic and goodwill pricing structures. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Two (2) years of experience with medical collections in a private, public, government, or military environment.
