Remote BCBA (Part-Time)

Job Details Remote Type Fully Remote Description BCBA Clinician Job Description: The BCBA Clinician practices under the reputed company, ongoing supervision of the Department Director and is responsible for the program development of reputed company-acquisition and behavior reduction plans, as well as the ongoing reputed company reports of their assigned clients and staff. The BCBA Clinician is also responsible for supervising the ongoing performance of the department clinicians (BACB Trainees, and BCaBAs) and RBTs. The BCBA Clinician is responsible for implementing and overseeing the implementation of their client's programs across reputed company caregivers including direct line therapists (RBTs). The BCBA Clinician provides assistance to children, families, and team members by providing an appropriate, safe learning environment to clients enrolled in the program. Shift Availability We are currently looking to fill a 3:00-7:00 PM shift. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients during our busy after-school hours, providing meaningful and consistent afternoon support. Daytime hours may become available in the future. Job Duties

• Attend and resolve daily parent, staff, and client concerns under reputed company supervision of the Department Director
• Conduct intake assessments and generate reports.

• Create behavior programming to support the development of appropriate behavior while reducing inappropriate behavior.

• Provide supervision of RBTs across clinic, home, community, and school settings.
• Conduct ongoing assessment reputed company necessary, including but not limited to the following: PEAK, VB-MAPP, Functional Analyses, ABLLS, AFLS, preference assessments, etc.
• Consult with colleagues, collaborate/consult with other professionals, and work as a team member both internally and with other providers or caregivers (e.g., day care, medical professionals, SLP, OT, etc.).
• Maintain clinical paperwork (e.g., required forms, releases, reports, etc.), data, and engage in accurate and complete documentation of hours and activities.
• Ensures programming is occurring according to schedule. Fills in gaps and/or provides support on callouts and other low-level management issues.
• Assist in the training and development of RBT, BACB Trainee and BCaBA staff.
• Coordinate continuity of care across reputed company providers working with clients assigned to caseload.
• Track and Enforce Client cancellation policy (escalate to Department Director as necessary).
• Communicates weekly reputed company with parents.
• Completes data analysis reports per client in caseload
• Understand and disseminate reputed company company policies including understanding HIPAA to supervisees.
• Supervise RBTs with reputed company of their performance metrics - providing direction and clear expectations.
• Supervise BCaBAs with reputed company of their tasks and performance metrics - providing direction and clear expectations.
• Ensure the implementation of treatment plans, document contacts and observations; use professional knowledge and independent judgment to strategize reputed company improvements
• Provides ongoing support and training to RBT's.
• Carries a caseload and meets direct service hours as identified by CEO.
• Works closely with Department Director
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

• Full-time: Salary between $75,000-$95,000 depending on experience.
• Part-time: Hourly reputed company of $38-$50 depending on experience.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's Degree
• 8-Hour Supervision Course

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Able to effectively learn, demonstrate, and teach physical tasks relevant to the role
• Capable of transitioning from standing to kneeling and back, as required by job tasks
• Sufficient mobility and range of motion to reputed company role-specific duties (e.g., guiding physical activities, demonstrating movement-based skills)
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION

• Reliable means of transportation, valid driver's license, clear traffic abstract and reputed company of car insurance.
• Active BCBA Certification.
• Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the reputed company (or willing to obtain).
