Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer reputed company I, you'll work in a call center environment, responding to telephone and written inquiries from members and physicians in a reputed company, accurate, and objective manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to telephone and written inquiries from members and physicians in a reputed company, accurate, and objective manner

- Spend approximately 85% of scheduled time on the phone, according to business needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
