Your Day at blithequark

As a Customer Service Associate in our Tool Rental department, you'll be the face of blithequark, welcoming customers to our stores and helping them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. Your day will be filled with a range of exciting tasks, including:

• Assisting customers: Whether it's answering questions, helping customers find products, or loading merchandise, you'll be the go-to person for reputed company things customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• 6 months experience using a computer: You'll need to be comfortable using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology: You'll need to be familiar with smart phones and tablets, as well as other common retail technology.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic: You'll need to be able to read, write, and reputed company basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Prolonged standing and sitting: You'll need to be able to reputed company duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to reputed company job duties.
• Lifting 25lbs unassisted: You'll need to be able to lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

While the minimum qualifications are essential, we're also looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications:

• 6 months of retail and/or customer service experience: If you have experience in retail or customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Travel Requirements

This role does not require regular travel; however, you may need to travel occasionally to meetings, training, or to support neighboring stores.

Working Conditions

Environmental factors vary by location, and you may be working in both inside and reputed company weather conditions. Exposure to varying climates, including extreme heat or cold, wet, damp, humid, windy, or drafty conditions, is possible. You may be exposed to constant or intermittent noises in addition to moving or shaking objects and equipment.
