Visit us online at Position: Technician - Mental Health/Behavioral Health (No Degree) Position Summary: Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to reputed company customer groups. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, house supervisor, and charge nurse attends to patient s direct care needs and performs tasks as delegated. Assists in delivering treatment, safety, and activities of daily living as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Performs duties assigned of observation rounding, medical procedures, leads topic specific groups, manages milieu, training new employees, documentation, and safety rounds. Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Skills Day.
- Maintain reputed company BLS.
- Handle with Care certification reputed company.
- Attends 80% of departmental staff meetings.
- Attends required in-service trainings.
- Demonstrate proper Infection Control procedures by consistently using standard precautions.
- Presents a reputed company, professional appearance consistent with the hospital dress code.
- Complies with local, state, federal and JC standards and guidelines.
- Adheres to safety policy and procedures to promote safe work practices.
- Demonstrates knowledge of policies and procedures specific to position/department.
- Maintains proper boundaries reputed company interacting with patients and their families and co-workers.
- Seeks direction or clarification from Supervisor reputed company necessary.
- Treats patients with respect according to patient rights and responsibilities.
- Communicates in a positive, compassionate and professional manner with patients, staff and visitors.
