What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll be the difference between a customer's experience being just average or exceptional. You'll answer incoming communications from customers, conduct research to provide answers, and consult on products with compassion and reputed company. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you find resolutions for customers' issues with a smile.
A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What You Bring to the Role
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- 6 months or more of customer service experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
- A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
