Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and reputed company Pharmacist to work on a part-time basis, providing remote data entry and patient care services. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out direct patient care programs, including drug treatment management programs, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical projects

• Drive compliance and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services

Essential Qualifications
