Key Responsibilities

• Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents
• reputed company daily reconciliation tasks, including settling and reconciling transactions and processing returns activity
• Analyze reputed company or escalated issues and provide solutions or recommendations to management
• Review and analyze client/advisor account exceptions and regulatory commitments
• Reconcile breaks across BOS and fund companies, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
• Provide exceptional client and business partner service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications
