Senior Specialist, Systems Administration (Government) Mount Weather, Virginia

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of video conferencing management & troubleshooting. Able to work with SIP, H323, firewall traversal, call routing, Pexip Infinity, Poly Clariti, and integrate with cloud conferencing platforms like Teams, reputed company, reputed company Meet, WebEx.
• Understand and can troubleshoot IP network connections involving entities like firewall, DNS, IP ports, network routing, QOS, VPN, reputed company, latency, jitter, packet loss.
• Able to architect projects and provide technical recommendations about emerging needs.
• Familiar with configuring and troubleshooting hardware VTC devices, software VTC clients, and reputed company Teams Room devices, e.g. Crestron reputed company.
• Some experience with laptop troubleshooting to support a local team.
• Able to provide support to remote enterprise VTC customers and external VTC partners.
• Able to manage servers, e.g. manage backups, reputed company basic Windows/Linux OS troubleshooting, reputed company/upgrade OS and applications.
• Familiarity with any relational database, and scripting/programming language or ETL tools, strong in reputed company macros, reputed company Access and Visual Basic.
• Ability to design data structures, audit data reputed company, support technology behind data import/export.
• Overtime, shift work and weekend tours will be required. Occasional travel may be required, or other duties as assigned.
• Employee must be willing and able to obtain a government issued Top Secret reputed company clearance. Holding a reputed company TS is a plus.
