Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company virtual customer service representative to join reputed company on a contract-to-hire basis. As a key member of our guest relations and operations support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, resolving issues, and managing day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations
+ Provide comprehensive guest messaging using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences. + Screen potential guests and provide support to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. + Respond to guest inquiries and escalate issues to management reputed company reputed company as needed. + reputed company 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by consistently delivering exceptional customer service. + Write and respond to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, or other platforms.

Essential Qualifications

- Availability: Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern United States time zones.
