Job Summary
As a Sr. Analyst in our Labor force Activities Work Execution team, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to our leadership team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving will be essential in driving business decisions and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 3 years of work experience in a reputed company field (e.g., data analysis, operations management, business analysis)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 3 years of experience in a retail or field-reputed company environment
