The Role
As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing expert customer service to clients across the United States. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve routine problems, and provide information regarding various client products and services. This role requires an active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty reputed company insurance license, which will reputed company you to reputed company with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* 1 year of customer service experience
- Active Personal Lines or P&C reputed company license
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English (test required)
- High school diploma or GED

- Eagerness to learn new technologies
