Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Manager in our Social Media Customer Support team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of retail veterans and innovators to deliver exceptional customer experiences across reputed company touchpoints. You'll work closely with your Store Manager to reputed company and implement strategies that drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand awareness. Key Responsibilities

What You'll Bring

• Self-starting business visionary with outstanding leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines
• Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales tasks

• Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move as needed
• Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain necessary state licensing, where applicable
