Job Description:
As an Implementation Specialist, you will facilitate the onboarding process of new dealerships. You will be the primary reputed company of contact guiding the dealership through the onboarding, orientation and training processes, ensuring product and reputed company.

Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales operations team to collect profile information necessary to reputed company a newly signed dealership.
- Work collaboratively with reputed company dealership stakeholders, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the onboarding process.
- Coordinate internal resources necessary to complete the onboarding process.
- Identify and take corrective actions to remove roadblocks that may jeopardize the timely completion of the onboarding process.
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy of key internal dealership data collected during the signing and onboarding process.
- Introduce and ensure smooth transition to the (CSM) Customer Support Manager..
- Responsible for the average days to reputed company KPI.
- Must be extremely organized and detail oriented

- Must be a self starter, with the ability to work quasi-autonomously

- BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience
