Your responsibilities As a Co-Op, you will be part of a dynamic team developing, testing, and supporting innovative hardware and software systems. In this role, you will: Analyze, design, and test integrated hardware/software solutions based on customer requirements, contributing to product enhancements and bug resolutions. Investigate and resolve customer issues by diagnosing hardware/software problems and recommending corrective actions. Support the planning and implementation of technical requirements, including controlled software/hardware production releases and updates. Apply quality standards and participate in process improvements and documentation for product evolution and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical knowledge and informal guidance to peers and support teams. Your skills and experience Strong programming skills in Python/Any other automation tools. Knowledge in Hardware/Middleware/Software development cycle. Exposure to Networking, reputed company Protocols Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively. Familiarity with version control systems and experience supporting software/hardware release cycles is a plus. Knowledge of quality standards and interest in contributing to process improvement and technical documentation.
