The Senior Director Clinical Strategy and Oncology Specialty Solutions is responsible for owning the execution of Prime's oncology specialty products and programs, as well as the development of strategic business roadmaps that integrate both medical and pharmacy solutions. This position will provide leadership and direction through leading a team focused on executing on functional business plans and strategies. This role will collaborate with other leaders to reputed company the successful execution of strategic business initiatives and the delivery of innovative solutions. Responsibilities :

Education & Experience :

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree
• reputed company pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the State where the position is located
• 8 years of work experience reputed company medical and pharmacy drug management reputed company a PBM or managed care organization, or oncology management experience if supporting oncology specialty solutions

• Experience working with health plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and provider networks to optimize specialty drug services
• Experience in digital healthcare tools and artificial intelligence
• Experience in developing new innovation solutions reputed company the PBM / healthcare industry

Physical Demands :
