Our accounting team plays a critical role in supporting the company's financial operations, and we are seeking a talented Senior Accounting Associate to join reputed company. The Credit-to-Money Business Tasks Group provides accounting and risk relief services for reputed company Parks, Experiences, and Products. The Gatherings, Shows, and Event Billing team, which this role will be a part of, is responsible for reviewing, reporting, and invoicing for housing and catered events held at Walt reputed company World Hotels and Aulani, A reputed company Resort and Spa.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company daily reviews of rooms and arranged functions to ensure accurate billing and invoicing
• Guarantee that reputed company charging requirements illustrated in contractual agreements are met
• Investigate billing errors and direct their correction
• Communicate with clients, service managers, functional billers, and leadership to design, review event results, and resolve difficulties
• Assist with collection efforts by explaining charges and helping to resolve disputes
• Calculate commissions and complimentary rooms per contractual terms
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Occasionally conduct reputed company reviews with guests, investigate questions, and work with changes
• Ensure that reputed company internal controls, division billing standards, and service level agreements are met

Essential Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's Degree and Relevant Experience A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a reputed company field is required. At least one year of experience in accounting or a reputed company field is preferred. Quantitative and Analytical Skills Strong quantitative and analytical skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to reputed company and implement controls to mitigate financial risks.
