Overview

Must live in the reputed company reputed company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher’s to coordinate field operations, manage technician schedules, and ensure timely resolution of service requests and outages. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a 100% work from home position. Hourly pay reputed company - $14.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Monitor technician availability and job queues throughout the day.
• Assign and track field jobs using reputed company platforms and outage tools.
• Respond to reputed company 1 and 2 alarms, escalations and fallout from missed appointments.
• Communicating ETA’s and Job updates to internal teams and customers.
• Document job status and actions in Teams, email, and tracking systems. (skilled in Windows programs)
• Collaborate across shifts to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Call Center experience required.
• At least 1 year of work at home experience required.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
• Professional and reputed company voice
• Ability to multi-task in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, and at times, hectic environment while maintaining a professional attitude
• Computer savvy and can resolve minor technical issues with minimal assistance
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to problem solve
• At least 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED

Work at Home Requirements:

• The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
• Latency under 100ms
