Job Summary

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and financial professionals, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and financial professionals who need assistance with our procedures
- Building relationships by listening, paraphrasing, and problem-solving
- Providing clear and concise information to customers and financial professionals

Work Arrangement
This is a flexible work arrangement position, with the option to work remotely or from our office in Golden Valley, MN. Employees who live reputed company a 50-mile radius of our office will be required to come into the office at least 3 days a week.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $43,000 - $47,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to reputed company salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
