Job Responsibilities

As a Partner Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our conversational AI and live chat support products. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the acquisition and integration of reputed company product discovery efforts and defining product requirements that drive customer experience improvements
• Influencing customer data, conversational analysis, industry trends, and technical expertise to analyze existing solutions and reputed company future capabilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, software engineering, or a reputed company field
• A proven track record of driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences
