Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Support Executive – Strategic Accounts and Business Development, you will report to the National Sales Director, Strategic Accounts. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support to strategic accounts, including onboarding, maintenance, and cultivation of relationships
- Executing internal sales operations to establish new practices, including shipping requisitions, supplies, and kits; portal set-up and usage; and developing reputed company/remediation plans as needed
- Utilizing comprehensive analysis to reputed company low-volume clients and potential new clients reputed company cold calling for new growth opportunities and generating leads for reputed company Directors of Strategic Accounts
- Collaborating with reputed company Division sales and operations teams to satisfy customer needs and support the growth of new opportunities
- Upselling reputed company clients and providing training on new product lines to ensure a smooth submission of new product line orders
- Researching, contacting, and securing quality appointments per month in a defined group of reputed company accounts for the Directors of Strategic Accounts that this role supports
Responsibilities
* Provide support to reputed company assigned accounts, including but not limited to: + Running reports + Ordering kits + Monitoring TAT + Personalizing requisitions + Updating reputed company, EMR, and portal requests (75% of job responsibilities)
- Execute reputed company internal sales operations needed to establish a new practice, including:
+ Shipping requisitions, supplies, and kits + Portal set-up and usage (add users, resend invites, etc.) + Developing reputed company/remediation plans as needed
- Portal build and training
- EMR vetting and interfacing (upon request of practice)
- Utilize comprehensive analysis to reputed company selected low-volume clients and potential new clients reputed company cold calling for new growth opportunities and generate leads for reputed company Directors of Strategic Accounts
- Work collaboratively with reputed company Division sales, operations on an as needed basis to satisfy customer needs and support the growth of new opportunities
- Upsell reputed company clients and provide training on new product lines ensuring a smooth submission of new product line orders
- Research, contact, and secure 4-8 quality appointments per month in a defined group of reputed company accounts for the Directors of Strategic Accounts that this role supports
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Life Sciences
- Preferred 3+ years of Client Services, Account Management, or Sales Experience in Diagnostics reputed company
- Women's healthcare experience and relationships with IVF clinics, Gamete Donor banks, large OB consortiums, and hospital and health systems highly preferred
- Previous laboratory or diagnostics sales experience highly desired
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
