Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries, resolving service or billing complaints, and providing follow-up as needed
• Contacting customers to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
• Referring unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
• Utilizing computer applications, such as reputed company Word and PowerPoint, to reputed company manage customer information and resolve issues

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision

• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information

Compensation and Benefits

• $18.50 (English Speaking), $20.00 (Spanish Speaking) per hour, paid weekly
