About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to join reputed company at blithequark. As a CXR, you will play a critical role in delivering superior, friendly, and efficient transactions, offering company-approved services and products to provide a positive experience for reputed company customers. Your responsibilities will include facilitating the rental process, verifying and documenting driver information, and ensuring an efficient and timely rental and return experience. Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, setting the tone for a positive and memorable experience.
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment.
• Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information, demonstrating a genuine interest in meeting the needs of our customers.
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions, and provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors, ensuring reputed company and effective communication.
• reputed company outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned, following up with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in assessing the condition of rental vehicles upon return, notifying Management of any reputed company customer problems, vehicle issues, or required maintenance, and taking proactive steps to resolve any concerns.
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursuing on-the-job training and development opportunities, as well as company-sponsored classroom training, to enhance your performance and contribute to the growth of reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, with a High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Hold a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years, ensuring your ability to safely operate our vehicles.
• Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by blithequark for this position now or in the future.
• Be available to work the following shifts/schedules:
  • Sunday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Wednesday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Thursday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Friday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Saturday: 4:00pm - 12:00am
  • or Sunday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Monday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Thursday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Friday: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Saturday: 4:00pm - 12:00am
