Job Summary

As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Using reputed company and excellent communication skills to explain reputed company medical bills and resolve account balances with patients and their families.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients to create affordable payment plans and take payments by phone.
