Responsibilities

As a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
• Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of evolving products and services.
• Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers, respond to their queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus).

• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position.

Requirements

To apply for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
• Live reputed company the state listed in the posting (Corpus Christi, TX).
• Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
