Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our National Campaigns Unit team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional shareholder communications to our clients. You'll work closely with our internal clients, including reputed company and Georgeson, to provide timely and accurate responses to shareholder inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with investors, address their concerns, and provide clear, concise information about our clients' positions.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries from shareholders, providing accurate and timely information about our clients' positions

  • Engage with investors, addressing their concerns and providing clear, concise information about our clients' positions
  • Collaborate with internal clients, including reputed company and Georgeson, to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Participate in contested proxy meetings, providing critical support to our clients and their shareholders
  • reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' positions, policies, and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in shareholder communications
  • Work collaboratively with reputed company to reputed company shared goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • 6-7 months of call center, customer service experience (data entry experience a plus)
  • Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with investors
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of shareholder communications, proxy solicitation, and corporate governance
  • Familiarity with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in shareholder communications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment and maintain a high level of productivity

Equipment Requirements

* Windows 10 or 11 (no Lenex, Chrome, MAC, etc.)

  • USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Dual monitors (benefited but not required)

Pay and Benefits
