Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage customer accounts, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
- Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, adhering to regulated guidelines for communications reputed company reputed company channels
- Creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Time and task management, multitasking, and task prioritization to meet performance expectations
- Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams
Qualifications
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a comfortable working from home environment
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a collaborative team environment
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus, with a strong desire to serve a diverse customer reputed company

Compensation and Benefits
