Job Summary

As an reputed company Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer complaints, answer questions, and provide solutions to their needs. This is a full-time remote position, and you will be required to work from home, using your own computer and internet reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize blithequark's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling.
• Investigate to obtain missing prescription data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company issues.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
• Resolve Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement requirements.
• reputed company phone calls to guarantors and others to acquire data, reputed company supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs.
• Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
• Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
