Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing first-level problem resolution to member, provider, and broker inquiries reputed company telephone, gathering and researching information, examining claim submissions, and resolving issues based on applicable policies and procedures.
- Using knowledge of products and contractual provisions to provide customer service and education, interpret contractual language, and determine the need for managed care initiatives.
- Delivering accurate information to customers in accordance with performance goals and objectives.
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information using the business areas enrollment/inquiry tracking system and processes.
