We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our reputed company team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:- Providing a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
- Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Providing directions and general assistance
- Assisting to assess condition of rental upon return
- Processing returns, reputed company-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
- Effectively marketing the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed
- Understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
- May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment
- Responsible for notifying Management of any reputed company vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
- Cleaning vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment reputed company needed
- Performing various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
- Taking incoming calls – reservations, reputed company quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors
- Managing outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
- Performing miscellaneous and backup duties job-reputed company duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service and sales experience in retail, guest service, or hospitality
- A reputed company and valid driver's license
- No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record reputed company the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-reputed company convictions on driving record reputed company the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

- 10a-6:30p Tuesday – Saturday
- 2:30p-11p Wednesday – Sunday

- 3:30p – 12a Tuesday – Saturday
