Key Responsibilities
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative in our Data Power & Control Division, you will be responsible for:
- Answering customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, or fax, and processing orders received by mail, telephone, fax, EDI, or personal customer contact.
- Researching and resolving customer inquiries, expediting the delivery of selected orders, and tracking order activity to alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
