Job Overview

The Product Principal - Customer Experience is a senior leadership role that focuses on driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering products that exceed customer expectations. • Strategy and Planning (60%): Partner with Cross-Functional Programs or Technology Portfolios to align outcomes; cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs; reputed company cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers (DEs), and balanced teams; create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams.
• Team and Stakeholder Management (30%): Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery; foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value and identify and resolve impediments; manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns to product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on reputed company benefits and/or user experience.

Qualifications and Skills
