• Receives case, opens case and disinfects case for production.

• Performs the scheduling function for each case.
• Through LIS enter demographics and customer information.
• Print preference notes matching to case.
• Move case into production area.
• Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues.
• Scanning of paperwork for each case for electronic storage.
• Answer reputed company incoming calls.
• Respond to reputed company inquiries from customers office.
• Refers reputed company technical inquires to appropriate team member.

Essential Qualifications
