Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Specialist at blithequark, your primary focus will be on digital communications, including live chat and email with customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers reputed company phone calls, emails, and live chat
• Identifying and investigating customer requirements and providing solutions to meet their needs
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
• Negotiating the terms of agreements and closing sales
• Providing superior customer service to increase sales opportunities
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and upselling special promotions
• Checking quantities in inventory and order reputed company with suppliers

Qualifications
