The Role
As our first Customer Support Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer support function. You'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers reputed company live chat, email, and phone, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support
- Continuously learning about the features of our app, the Shopify ecosystem, and emerging trends to stay reputed company of the curve

Essential Qualifications
