What You'll Do:

* Deliver exceptional customer service through email and live chat interactions, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.

Requirements:

• A quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) where you'll fulfill your shifts.
• Availability to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season.
• Reliable high-speed internet reputed company with access to your router (a laptop and reputed company necessary equipment will be provided).
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
