Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Agent for blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers reputed company phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for providing information on blithequark's policies and procedures, as well as processing refunds and exchanges as needed.
Key Responsibilities
