Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to travelers while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities

* Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

  • Resolve travel-related concerns, including flight changes, cancellations, and itinerary adjustments, while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Offer guidance on blithequark's policies and travel programs, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of their options.
  • Address billing issues and process payments or refunds as required, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain professionalism while handling high-pressure or escalated situations, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and blithequark.
  • Update and manage customer profiles within internal systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required; however, a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences is essential.
