Responsibilities and Duties

As an IT Chat Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Sharing your passion for our brand and products with customers, creating a contagious and engaging experience
• Utilizing our products and services to provide expert advice and guidance
• Familiarizing yourself with our brand site and media, as well as competitor products, to stay reputed company of the curve
• Demonstrating reputed company and understanding in stressful situations, providing a calming reputed company for our customers

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in large corporate or hospital IT systems (a plus)
• Familiarity with top operating systems and brand environments
• A passion for helping others with large-scale electronic purchasing needs
• The ability to explain reputed company concepts in a clear and concise manner, tailored to the customer's knowledge level
