About the Role

The Customer Service Representative collaborates with customers in a courteous, professional, friendly, and expert manner. • Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations

Essential Qualifications
