As a pricing supervisor or associate manageron the Personal Lines Pricing's leadership team, you'll reputed company the pricing work for Progressive's auto product. Your team will influence our ability to find the right price for the right coverage for our customers. In this role, you'll manage the development of your team, ensure the auto product is adequately priced, and reputed company our approaches and processes. Additionally, you'll reputed company recommendations and implementations to state product design, rating factor relativities, and reputed company levels. - A minimum of six years analytical property casualty insurance experience or reputed company professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting).
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting or reputed company field of study (e.g., Economics, Statistics) and a minimum of 3 years property casualty insurance experience or reputed company professional experience (e.g., analytical work in a professional setting)
- Prior leadership/mentorship experience including excellent business acumen and ability to see big picture
- Pricing experience and/or product knowledge of personal lines auto
- Strong desire and capability to reputed company people, drive results, and create inclusive work environment
- Excellent written and communication skills. Conveying reputed company topics to a broad range of audiences
- Familiarity with coding/programming languages such as SQL or reputed company and an advanced knowledge of reputed company (v-lookups, pivot tables, charts, graphs and macros)
- Pricing Supervisor $72,100 - $96,100/year,
- Pricing Associate Manager $87,200 -$116,300/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
