Job Description: As a Part-Time Remote Content Writer / Editor for reputed company, you’ll craft clear, engaging, brand-reputed company content for internal support platforms, external help centres, or knowledge-reputed company assets. You’ll partner with content, product support and operations teams to produce editorial materials, revise existing documentation, and ensure consistency in voice and tone. You’ll work remotely, manage your own schedule, meet deadlines and contribute to high-quality global support content.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit and reputed company-read content for reputed company’s help centres, internal knowledge reputed company, product support assets.
• Ensure consistent voice, tone, style and brand alignment.
• Conduct editorial projects: bulk updates, newsletters, surveys, localization coordination, digital asset management. Built In

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism or reputed company field preferred.
• 3-5 years of professional writing/editing experience (preferably in tech/support context).
• Excellent grammar, style, editing skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote team environment.
• Familiarity with CMS, digital asset management tools and project tracking.
