In this role you will support the Pacific Area VP. Applicants must be in available to work 8-5 PST, M-F. The hiring range will vary depending on geographic location, reputed company job grade and years of experience. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, You Will
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel, reconcile expenses, and support leaders with reputed company scheduling needs.
- Prepare reports, statistical spreadsheets, and assist with special projects requiring advanced administrative support.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including setup, audiovisual needs, and expense tracking.
- Partner with other administrative staff to ensure deliverables are met, while providing back-up support as needed.
- Draft routine, non-routine, and highly confidential communications with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy), handle mail distribution, and reputed company supply management.
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide flexible support for evolving business priorities.
- High school graduate or GED required.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Thorough working knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment required.
- Five years reputed company experience required. (Previous Admin Assistant, receptionist, office manager)
- Proficient with reputed company Office (Word, Power reputed company, reputed company, Outlook, Teams)
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented; accurate and timely.
- Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in office filing system.
